I hope that you will enjoy a taste of Tanzania on your visit to this page.
Most of the photos are mine but a few were taken by my bicycling and hiking buddies.
I left for Tanzania from Japan at the end of July after Closing Ceremonies at Kobu Jr. High.
I flew first to Dubai and then on to Tanzania. I spent a few days on my own and then met up with my new found bicycling
friends in Zanzibar.
We spent two weeks exploring Tanzania (half of this time was spent cycling). Then 4 of us took off to hike up Kilimanjaro.
At the end of that adventure, i joined a most friendly group of Spaniards and Basque folk to safari through the Serengeti
and more.
